Fourteen transformers and accessories were delivered in to two different cities in Sonora, seven components were transported to Hermosillo and the rest to Ciudad Obregon. They were manufactured in Nuevo Leon, Mexico.
The transformers were transported using hydraulic vehicular configurations. Once at site, the transformers were offloaded onto jacks and installed. The size of each component was of 5.6 meters (222.44 in) in length x 4.72 meters (185.82 in) in width x 4.79 meters (188.58 in) in height; weighing 75t.
