• EQUIPMENT:
Vehicle configuration with a one-and-a-half modular line, 18 axles at the front, specialized bridge beam equipment (Faktor 5), 18 axles at the rear, and two trucks.
• CHALLENGE:
Transportation of five ultra-heavy components: a gas turbine, a gas generator, a steam turbine, a steam generator, and multiple boiler modules.
Starting from the port of Altamira, our team received the five components and transported each of them over more than 500 km to the destination at the “El Saúz” Combined-Cycle Power Plant facilities in the state of Querétaro.
• DIMENSIONS:
Gas Generator: L: 12.65 m / W: 4.46 m / H: 4.06 m / Total weight: 330 tons.
Gas Turbine: L: 10.62 m / W: 4.00 m / H: 4.60 m / Total weight: 234 tons.
Steam Turbine: L: 9.12 m / W: 4.25 m / H: 3.60 m / Total weight: 124 tons.
Steam Generator: L: 8.35 m / W: 6.05 m / H: 5.30 m / Total weight: 180 tons.
